Research

I am currently involved in a range of different research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. These include studies for my PhD as well as studies I am working on as a research assistant in the HaPI lab.

I have a particular research interest in health psychology and behavioural medicine, particularly understanding the role of habit in engaging in healthy behaviours.
